Pencil sketching on paper.  2cm x 3cm.  June 22, 2017. It was fun working on hemp rope as the small detail was not eye catching at all. But when you looked into it, you were able to bring out the absolute beauty of it by merely a pencil.

Pencil sketching on paper.  2cm x 2cm.  June 16, 2017. Among my realism drawing training, walnut may be one of the hardest exercise. The detail was subtle and without logical pattern. Tone was close. It was also not easy to show the 3 demension. Yet it is fun working it.
