Russia. Moscow. 克林
The night train coach to Moscow was tiring. The cabin was comfortable, yet we were not used to small areas and moving beds, therefore I hadn’t slept quite well.
From today onwards, we would travel with mini bus a lot. Like 4-5 hours everyday. And changed a different city and hotel every night. These cities were all countryside subserb cities surrounding Moscow. Russian called them the golden circle.
The first city we went was call 克林。We stayed in a hotel called Clever Hotel. Bigger room and well lit. My fourth plein air painting was done near Hotel Clever. We started at 3:30pm. It was a late afternoon and the air was cool. Like 9*. I painted 2 pieces until 6:30pm. It was bleeding! My right hand fingers could not move well.
My fourth painting was a series of shabby hut in the dust. Probably they were warehouses or abandoned huts. Yet the color was vigorous.
