Learning is so much fun, especially when you reached a breakthrough point.

Following a marvaleous top artist couple teachers, I had been working very hard at the direction they guided me. Improvements was barely recognised. And teachers always expressed discontent about how soon I forgot his lecture.

Tonight, I attempted to start a bigger canvas 60 x 80cm. And before that I wish to have a pre-painting colour studies on a smaller canvas first. It was swift. Just 10 mins painting by instinct without thinking. After all it was just a trial therefore I didn’t have pressure. 

But when I finished it I was very surprised by the colour I adopted. It was very obvious a big big big leap forward. And when I showed this to teacher he told me with this painting he could certify that I have improved a great deal in colour sense. And have a tendency to acceralate those famous artists in Taiwan and HK. I could tell by their faces that I had done a great job and they were amazed.

Learning is a long journey. Very day I practised and all I was waiting was a day like this. The pay cheque day. My hard work paid off.
