I had been learning oil painting for more than 3 years. No clue for improvements. All I could do was to do more practises.

I had gotten more than 1000 piece of works so far. Yet quantity had no co-relationship with quality. The hardest I worked the biggest disappointment on myself.

It was expected to be a never ending journey to the undefinable future. 

1000 miles, no kidding, it should be 1000 billion miles. I was very willingly to set off alone even the destination was unreachable. Once the mission determined, my destiny was fixed.
