Hong Kong has a beautiful countryside.  Especially in the New Territories.  Yuen Long has developed into a well-facilitated town but still a vast piece of land is underdevelopment.

Nam Sang Wai in Yuen Long is very famous of its natural beauty.  Many photographers love the place.  And many families, many couples go there during weekends.

For painters, if you wish to paint countryside which is convenient in terms of transportation, there is not a lot of choice.  But Nam Sang Wai is reachable by metro therefore is very well-received.

This day, I went with 3 masters and 2 of their apprentices.  They were all very experienced and I was only a beginner.  Yet I knew I would try my best.

I painted the sea of beautiful reeds besides a small river.  They were pinkish red and blowed gracefully in the autumn breeze.  My heart was light because I enjoyed a great day in such a beautiful place with these great artists.
