Knowing friends was one of the best gift from practising painting. 

My half year studies in Taipei I had made a lots of new painter friends. Some of them had been my plein air painting companion. They were very generous people.

It was my pleasure to be their local guide and driver during a trip to my home town Hong Kong. The 3 days 2 nights trip was a fruitful one. They tried many good Hong Kong food and did 4 paintings! It was amazing. 

Weather was good. It was a blessing. 

The highlight of the whole trip was a dinner with my new teacher Master Tang! The conversation was a happy one, mostly about painting of course.
