It was unbelievable that I didn’t take oil painting lessons and decided to self study for the past 3 years.

I only attended lessons of sketching. The main reason was I had not met any teacher who I admired. And I always hope that I could finally find a great one.

I was so happy in April 2016 I finally met my dream teacher, Master Tang 鄧亦農. Master Tang was a kind hearted, talented, innocent artist. He was a brilliant teacher too. It was unbelievable that I waited for 3 years to find the perfect teacher. It was inbelievable that this teacher in the first few lessons successfully turned me into a new person. Every person who had seen my work before and after was surprised how I could suddenly improved so much.
The teacher was a genius and his wife was very proficient too. They lived in a public small housing estate and were very low key. They were like the hidden gemstone in a secret garden. I was so grateful. A Taiwanese lady artist 吳素娟 introduce him to me. It was the happiest moment of my entire life. I felt so promising about my drawing life!
